Research 1-2-3 is an end-to-end research best practices process encouraging researchers to better use the authoritative information for high quality research output and better visibility. It comprises: authoring, publishing and outreaching.
Authoring is about leveraging the best practices like: citation indexing, originality checking, reference management, online collaboration in an immersive environment.
Publishing is about going beyond knowing the publishers’ manuscript criteria, with defined publishing strategy through strategic citation analysis. Knowing where/how to collaborate and where/how to publish.
Outreaching is about raising the visibility for readership with scientific plain language. More people to read, more likely to get higher citations. This program will include the introduction and hands-on of latest tools that are available for free to individual researchers.
Scientific Story Telling Program
With self-curated scientific stories, researchers can outreach to wider audiences online using social media and universities can raise their research profiles with research highlights showcased on either digital marketplace or institutional repository. This program includes hands-on of plain language curation, story enrichment, use of infographic and basic online engagement.
