I am passionate about my information and knowledge management work and committed to sharing my knowledge and expertise in the area to help organisations to implement information and knowledge management programmes successfully. To me, the knowledge process is not sequential and knowledge is contextual, whereas KM is more about organic people and culture rather than technology. Reading, photography and travelling are among others that I am passionate about.
I am a positive person with the philosophy that everyone has their own strengths and weaknesses and I rather think and see the strengths in people.
